About this Hotel

The "Cutty Sark" is our fully licensed public bar serving local beers and wines. Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner specialising in local produce. The "Coffee Lounge" overlooking the town square is somewhere to relax, watch the world go by and perhaps enjoy our freshly prepared coffee and home made cakes.

The hotel's location is ideally placed for trips to the enchanting St. Michael's Mount, Lands End, St. Ives, Newlyn, the Lizard Peninsula and the Penwith area noted for its artists and Cornish tin mining heritage.

Marazion beach is an ideal family blue flag beach with safe, clean water, lifeguard patrol and a superb children's playground located next to the sailing boat pen. Perhaps the most striking feature is the view over to St Michael's Mount.

All rooms are centrally heated with colour televisions, tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers and a laundry service available. There is a large free car park for available for all our guests. All rooms have free access to internet via WiFi available free in all rooms and throughout the hotel. Wake up after a relaxing night and enjoy a full English breakfast, cooked to order, with a variety of teas, juices and cereals.

Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Originally a coaching Inn built around 1700 it has always been a retreat for travellers. The stabling was originally situated in what is now the Coffee Lounge which serves excellent freshly made coffee and home made cakes.

There are items in the hotel from the H.M.S Warspite, which ran aground on the rocks in Mount's Bay in 1947, including panelling from the Captain's cabin and the tip of the mast.

The hotel has built an excellent reputation over the last 25 years with locals and visitors, many who have stayed so often they've become part of the family. We are always happy to see new people and look forward to making you feel welcome.
